Scottish scientists create the world's smallest TV

Description

SCOTTISH scientists have built the smallest colour television screen in the world. The tiny screen copmprises a layer of aorganic light emitting diode (OLED) material on top of a silcon chip. The screen is the brainchild of Dr Ian Underwood and Dr Jeff Wright, the co-founders of MicroEmissive Displays.
