Abstract

The folder contains raw NMR spectra of 3-fluoro-3-deoxy-D-glucose, which were acquired using Bruker NMR spectrometers using a range of NMR experiments. Dataset is the subject of RSC Advances article entitled 19F-centred NMR analysis of mono-fluorinated compounds.

Specific files are as follows (also listed in summary word document):
1. 400 MHz 1H spectrum of 3-fluoro-3-deoxy-D-glucose, 1.
2. 400 MHz 1H coupled 1D 19F spectrum of 1.
3. 19F-detected z-filtered 2D 1H, 19F HETCOR spectrum of 1.
4. 2D 1H, 19F TOCSY-HETCOR spectrum of 1.
5. 2D 19F, 1H CP-DIPSI3-DIPSI2 spectrum of 1 with FH transfer only.
6. 2D 19F, 1H CP-DIPSI3-DIPSI2 spectrum of 1 with additional HH transfer.
7. 2D 19F, 13C HMBC spectrum optimised for nJFC correlations
8. (3,2)D H1CnF correlation spectrum of 1
9. In phase (3,2)D H1CnF correlation spectrum of 1
10. Antiphase (3,2)D H1CnF correlation spectrum of 1
