Description

FragVisor: The Borrowing Hypervisor This upload contains the source code and the artifact evaluation appendix for FragVisor, a system developed for the EuroSys23 paper "Aggregate VM: Why Reduce or Evict VM’s Resources When You Can Borrow Them From Other Nodes?". FragVisor reduces VM fragmentation by creating distributed VMs by borrowing resources from multiple physical servers. FragVisor supports resource mobility and the VM will eventually consolidates when resources gets freed. The git repo contains two submodules, the modified host Linux kernel source code in fragvisor-linux and the modified hypervisor in fragvisor-kvmtool. An artifact evaluation PDF document is also included. This Artifact is also available on github: https://github.com/systems-nuts/FragVisor
