Analysis of differential binding of Nab3 using DBPeaks

Description

This compressed file contains all the DBPeaks source code used for analysing differential binding of Nrd1 and Nab3 to RNA in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Included in the folder is test CRAC data (collapsed reads; fasta files), genome annotation files and a jupyter notebook that contains code to analyse the CRAC data.
