BayesR+ EWAS - Genome and epigenome wide studies of plasma protein biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease implicate TBCA and TREM2 in disease risk

Dataset

Abstract

This dataset represents one of two datasets that correspond to the study: "Genome and epigenome wide studies of plasma protein biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease implicate TBCA and TREM2 in disease risk". The datasets represent genome-wide and epigenome-wide association studies (GWAS and EWAS) on the same set of 308 SOMAmers associated with Alzheimer's disease in the literature.

This dataset represents the EWAS. EWAS were performed by Bayesian penalised regression through BayesR+ software. Analyses were performed using data from volunteers within the STRADL study and Generation Scotland.
