100nm_30pc.pat is the meshed geometry file used as input for the for micromagnetic modelling package MERRILL (available at https://www.rockmag.org).
solution_with_random_initial_state.merrill is the input script to MERRILL that computes magnetization states based on a random initial state.
solution_with_existing_initial_state.merrill is the input script to MERRILL that computes magnetization states based on an existing magnetization state as an initial guess - this is useful for the refinement stage of permuting all domainstates supported by a grain (as a function of temperature).
initial_path.merrill is the script used to generate an initial path based on two end-members for an energy barrier calculation.
final_path.merrill is the script used to generate the final path by refining and initial path.
