[CODE] g9cunha/tkintersurfdiff: Tkinter Surface Difference from point clouds

A Python code wrapped in a Tkinter GUI allowing to easily browse the file system for the necessary input files. The vertical difference between the two surfaces is calculated and output with the same resolution (and same xy locations) as the bottom surface. See details in README.
