[CODE] SecRef*: Securely Sharing Mutable References Between Verified and Unverified Code in F* - ICFP 2025 Artifact

This contains the artifact for the ICFP 2025 submission "SecRef*: Securely Sharing Mutable References Between Verified and Unverified Code in F*". The F* sources and build scripts are packaged in a tarball, and can be verified and run with F* version 2025.06.13. A virtual machine image is also included, containing and all dependencies needed to verify and run the artifact.
