Dataset

Description

These datasets were obtained following an experiment testing the combined effects of gradual warming scenarios and predation wounds in coral condition (paleness, bleaching and mortality), cellular stress responses (heat shock protein Hsp70, total ubiquitin Ub, and total antioxidant capacity TAC) and physiological state (integrated biomarker response index, IBR) of seven Scleractinian coral species (Acropora tenuis, Echinopora lamellosa, Montipora capricornis B - brown and G - green morphotypes, Galaxea fascicularis, Psammocora contigua and Turbinaria reniformis) after being exposed for 60 days.
