Abstract
The design of peptide-based electrochemical biosensors involves selecting a suitable spacer, connecting the peptide sequence with the anchor moiety. The effect of varying the length of such a spacer has been evaluated for an electrochemical peptide-based biosensor in terms of sensor performance for protease detection and anti-fouling capabilities.
