Abstract

Data associated with the manuscript 'In vivo application of an implantable tri-anchored methylene blue-based electrochemical pH sensor.' Design and evaluation of an implantable electrochemical pH sensor based on the immobilisation of methylene blue on a microfabricated Pt electrode. The analytical characteristics of the sensor were evaluated. Thee platform was applied for the detection of pH changes in an in vivo model (naturally occurring pre-clinical ovine pulmonary adenocarcinoma (OPA)). Dataset includes set of tables containing the data used for obtaining figures and results.
