Data from the “Global Reintroduction Perspectives” series of conservation translocation case reports (2008-2018)

Information extracted from case reports of animal and plant conservation translocation published in the first six volumes (2008-2018) of the IUCN/SSC’s ‘Global Reintroduction Perspectives’ series. The dataset comprises summary information on project methods, health outcomes and health management.

As per that manuscript: Information was extracted from case reports of animal and plant conservation translocation published in the first six volumes (2008-2018) of the IUCN/SSC’s ‘Global Reintroduction Perspectives’ series. Metadata including summary methods, and information relating to health outcomes and health management, was extracted. The dataset informed an accompanying review article on health-related outcomes in conservation translocations (Beckmann et al., submitted).
