Abstract

The Survey of Dedications to Saints in Medieval Scotland is the result of a three-year project funded by a Major Research Grant from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC). The project is based in the Scottish History subject area of the School of History, Classics and Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh. The project began in October 2004 and the final update of data from the AHRC-funded phase of the project was completed in December 2007. However, the contents of the database will continue to be updated annually (in December) to include material from sources outwith the scope of the original survey.
