DataDescriptor sample metadata

This sample metadata is supplementary information to accompany the AmelHap DataDescriptor. In addition to the details provided in the AmelHap Metadata (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7030888), it reports the average depth and variant counts at each stage of filtering, indicates which samples share high identity-by-state (IBS) values, and which samples were used when testing genotype imputation.
