Dataset concerning the manuscript "Rare variants implicate ENPP6 as a regulator of reduced visceral adiposity"

Dataset

Abstract

The Orkney Complex Disease Study (ORCADES) is a family-based population cohort with DNA, biological samples, and a wide range of clinical data from ~2,000 adult volunteers from the Orkney Islands. Genotype data is also available, derived using genome-wide arrays. The dataset provided here consists of genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for the log-transformed trait of the ratio of android and gynoid fat percentage in ORCADES. Android and Gynoid fat percentages were obtained by dual-energy x-ray analysis of a subset of the ORCADES participants.
