Abstract
Single cell RNA-seq performed in an in-vitro model of Endothelial to Mesenchymal Transition. HUVEC were treated with IL1a+TGFb2 for 3 and 7 days. Untreated HUVEC were used as a Control.
This vault includes the raw sequencing data, the output of CellRanger, some processed data obtained using downstream tools such as Seurat. Analysis done by Richard S. Taylor and Julie Rodor.
