Development of a UPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous analysis of AT7519 and acetaminophen in a mouse model of acute inflammation

Dataset

Abstract

Targeted chromatography and mass spectrometry can be used to assess multiple compounds simultaneously and this approach has not been applied yet to measure APAP and AT7519 in a mouse model.Targeted mass spectrometry chromatography data of the validation of the LC-MS/MS method for measurement of APAP and AT7519. Chromatographic peaks are integrated to give a peak area and this is used to calculate a peak area ratio of the analytes of interest (APAP and AT7519) and their isotopically labelled internal standards. The precision and accuracy of the peak areas and peak area ratios are assessed through repeated measurement of separate samples in an inter-assay (between days) and intra-assay (Within the same day) assessments. The dataset is related to the upcoming publication "Analysis of AT7519 as a pro-resolution compound in an acetaminophen-induced mouse model of acute inflammation by UPLC-MS/MS", submitted to Journal of Inflammation.
