Images of pathology from finches, rooks, blackbirds and other wild birds

This dataset contributed to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine & Surgery (DVM&S) thesis "Diseases of wild birds of the Orders Passeriformes and Columbiformes - a review of conditions reported from the United Kingdom and an analysis of results from wild bird disease surveillance in Scotland 1994-2013". The dataset contains images of some of the disease conditions and parasites encountered in finches, sparrows, buntings, dunnocks and tits during the study period. A searchable list of images is provided in a word document, as is a pdf document with the images and captions embedded. Individual images are included in jpeg format.
