Abstract
This vault contains the data related to the paper Vacante et al, 2021 Circ Res (DOI: 10.1161/CIRCRESAHA.120.318688) – Study of CARMN in CASMC and atherosclerosis
It includes:
# Bulk RNAseq (raw, processed data and differential expression analysis) of CASMC treated with gapCTRL or gapCARMN in different CASMC phenotypes (-/+ PDGF, -/+ migration, -/+ cholesterol/MBCD treatment)
# LongReadSeq_Nanopore.
Long read sequencing was performed in nuclear RNAs from CASMC (run 2 and 3).
# Other characterisation of CARMN locus such as chromatin marks, promoter analysis and conservation.
# ExperimentalData.
Data from human and mouse experiments. Files obtained from Francesca Vacante.
Data should be kept for 10 year after publication (until April 2031) as per funder policy.
