**vsgseq2** is an updated pipeline for analysing VSG-seq data, based on the original VSGSeq pipeline described in [this paper](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4514441/) and [repository](https://github.com/mugnierlab/VSGSeqPipeline).
