# Supplementary data for Talenti et al.: A cattle graph genome incorporating global breed diversity (pt.1) This repository contains the first part of the supplementary data for Talenti el al., and provide access to the the following graphs described in the paper: 1. VG1.zip: zipped folder with the linear indexed VG graph generated from the ARS-UCD1.2 genome 2. VG5p.zip: zipped folder with the indexed VG graph generated from the chromosome-wide alignments of five cattle assemblies further expanded with 11M variants from Dutta et al. (2020) 3. BTau_alignment.zip: CACTUS-generated graph alignments of the five cattle genomes
