This vault contains the raw and processed bulk RNAseqdata of MIR503HG manipulation in Control and EndMT conditions. The Endothelial to mesenchymal transition in-vitro model is based on HUVEC were treated with IL1a+TGFb2 for 7 days. Untreated HUVEC were used as a Control. MIR503HG was down-regulated based on a siRNA strategy and up-regulated using a lentivirus containig MIR503HG isoform2 transcript. Down-regulation and overexpression were performed in Control and EndMT conditions with their respective Control. The data associated to MIR503HG overexpression was published in Monteiro et al, Circ Res 2021.
