Mutational profiles from: The evolution and convergence of mutation spectra across mammals

This archive contains the mutational profiles created via nSPECTRa for the following species: Homo sapiens Bos taurus Bubalus bubalis Syncerus caffer Equus caballus Canis lupus familiaris Sus scrofa For each species, we have the following files: 3-mer ancestral count (named `{{ SPECIES }}.K3.txt`) SNV 3-mer change counts for all the changes (`mutationSpectra_{{ SPECIES }}_3.tsv.gz`) and split by consequence type (`mutationSpectra_{{ SPECIES }}_3.csq.tsv.gz`) Sequential dinucleotide mutations (SDM, `sdm_{{ SPECIES }}_K3.csv.gz`)
