Description
The NMJ-morph assessment package comprises:
1. a sample image bank containing twenty example NMJ confocal images (.lsm file format)
N.B. http://datashare.is.ed.ac.uk/handle/10283/647 which is superseded by this dataset, contains tif versions of the images, as well as an identical set of the .lsm image files.
2. a reference guide spreadsheet produced from the sample image bank
3. a blank spreadsheet for training and data collection
4. the image bank has been provided in .tif format, to allow users without access to confocal microscopy software to view the images.

NMJ-morph is an ImageJ-based package for morphometric analysis of the neuromuscular junction (NMJ).
