Table describing the abundance of OTUs in samples from chicken (Ross 308) caecal samples and controls (OTUs.shared). Table describing the taxonomy of each OTU present in OTUs.shared (OTUs.taxonomy). Chickens received either a chicken caecal content transplant or a control.
