Abstract
The data represent a set of simulated particle trajectories, specifically the positions of a set of 1000 passive particles sampled at a uniform discrete timestep. The particles are advected in an idealised forced-dissipative 2D turbulence model. The format of the data is a numpy array.
This data was produced for the paper "Bayesian comparison of stochastic models of dispersion" (to be submitted) by Martin T. Brolly, James R. Maddison, Aretha L. Teckentrup, Jacques Vanneste. The code which was used to generate this data is available at https://github.com/mtbrolly/BMC/tree/master/NS2D.
