Description

This data consists of compressed FASTQ files (.fastq.gz) generated using Illumina small-RNA sequencing of plasma samples from pregnant (D16, D24 and D60) and non-pregnant (D0, D8 and D16) heifers. It also contains raw data in the same format from sequencing paired blood cell and cell-free plasma samples from healthy cows.
