Description
This data is raw RADseq data for three full-sib families of Sitka Spruce together with initial analysis of one of the full sib-families. The data were obtained through collaboration with Northern Research Station of Forestry Commission and the wider Noveltree and Procogen Consortia. Noveltree was funded as EC FP7-KBBE Project 211868 and Procogen as EC FP7-KBBE Project 289841. The RTD had University of Edinburgh project codes RE7402 and RE7408 respectively.
