This dataset contains raw images and analyses associated with the following publication: "In vitro modelling of anterior primitive streak patterning with human pluripotent stem cells identifies the path to notochord progenitors" Robles-Garcia et al, Development, 2024 - doi:10.1242/dev.202983. Approval for the use of human embryonic stem cells to generate this dataset was granted by the steering committee for the UK stem cell bank and the use of stem cell lines.
