Source Code and Supplementary Material for "Novel pathogen introduction triggers rapid evolution in animal social movement strategies"

This is an updated version for the source code for analyses, figures, and supplementary material for a manuscript that reports on a model of the evolution of social movement strategies, following the introduction of a novel pathogen to an animal population.

This is an updated version of the analysis code to accompany a resubmission to eLife. Please note that a substantial chunk of the supplementary material may be included directly within the main text on publication.

This work was developed in the Modelling Adaptive Response Mechanisms Group (Weissing Lab) at the Groningen Institute for Evolutionary Life Science, at the University of Groningen.

This repository should be considered along with the source code of the Pathomove simulation: github.com/pratikunterwegs/pathomove.
