Dataset

Abstract

The dataset is from an investigation of activity of neurons in the retrohippocampal cortices during recall of a spatial memory. During the experiment mice carry out a task in a virtual reality environment in which they recall a reward location. The recordings are made using tetrodes targetted to the retrohippocampal cortices. The data are then processed to extract spike times. Code for analysis of the data is here: https://github.com/MattNolanLab/Ramp_analysis
