Spectral Library of Antarctic Terrestrial Vegetation Species

Hyperspectral reflectance data for 35 Antarctic terrestrial vegetation species and some volcanic rocks from the maritime and continental Antarctic, including Robert Island, Livingston Island, Ryder Bay, Cape Hallett and Botany Bay. The spectral data were generated from a combination of field and lab spectroscopy completed between 2018 - 2023 and cover a wavelength range of 350 - 2500 nm. The dataset was used to generate Table S3 in our paper 'A remote-sensed baseline of photosynthetic life across Antarctica'.
