Abstract
Two extended supplementary tables, needed for the submission of a thesis in fulfilment of a PhD in Precision Medicine at the University of Edinburgh in 2020.
This upload includes 2 files. The first file ("TableS1_iDXA_lm_outputs.txt") includes linear model summaries for GWAS models conducted within the thesis. The second ("TableS2_1251_SNP_info.xlsx") includes a list of significantly associated loci, resulting from said GWAS.
This work used data from the UK Biobank cohort, under project number 19655.
