This dataset is held in the Edinburgh DataVault, directly accessible only to authorised University of Edinburgh staff. External users may request access to a copy of the data by contacting the Principal Investigator, Contact Person or Data Manager named on this page. Requests for access will not necessarily be granted. Abstract

This DATVAULT contains data collected during the PhD study ‘A Qualitative Study of Millennial and Gen Z Nurse Turnover in the UK’, authored by Kirsty Marie Douglas. This study was approved by The University of Edinburgh’s School of Health in Social Science Research Ethics Committee, Ref No 24-25NUST009.
The DATAVAULT will include separate deposits relevant to any published articles by the author, that use data from this PhD study. For these, each ‘Deposit Name’ will be match the published article name, and respective ‘Description’ list which participant’s data is contained in that deposit.
Research data for this study is not publicly shared, to protect the privacy of human participants. This data may be used for future ethically approved research, per the Participant Information Sheet, available at https://blogs.ed.ac.uk/genexit/info/. Any such application will need to have their study approved by the University of Edinburgh Health in Social Science Research Ethics Committee, and the explicit consent of the original author named above, to ensure proper use of data.
