Dataset

Abstract

Metagenomic and proteomic datasets from:

The genomic and proteomic landscape of the rumen microbiome revealed by comprehensive genome-resolved metagenomics
Rob. D. Stewart, Marc D. Auffret, Amanda Warr, Alan Walker, Rainer Roehe and Mick Watson
(unpublished)

The data contain:
- genomes and predicted proteins for 4941 metagenome-assembled genomes
- Polysaccharide utilisation loci (PUL) predictions
- CAZy predictions
- Annotation results against UniRef, Hungate collection, KEGG and CAZy
- protein clusters at 100%, 90% and 50% identity
- Oxford Nanopore assembly of one of the samples
