Description

Tom20-101B is stably expressed in the cell, alongside 101A-mNeonGreen facilitating LIVE-PAINT labelling of the mitochondrial protein Tom20. This video was obtained using TIRF microscopy and was recorded with a frame rate of 20 frames per second (fps). The video is being displayed at a frame rate of 100 fps. This video was produced as part of ongoing research of the LIVE-PAINT super-resolution imaging technique in the Regan and Horrocks Labs at the University of Edinburgh
