Genotyping data for more than 500 cattle and bos species worldwide, in g.vcf format and called on the ARS-UCD1.2 genome.
Abstract
The following dataset contains g.vcf samples for more than 500 cattle adn Bos individuals, called on the the ARS-UCD1.2 genome, and saved as single GVCF. These samples have been aligned with BWA 0.1.17, processed with GATK v4.0.11.0 (sorting, re-labelling, marking duplicates and performing base quality score recalibration). Gvcfs have been generated with HaplotypeCaller.
