Current Research Interests

Current research focuses on Organisational Behaviour, with particular focus in the public sector and public administration. Recent and current research includes my PhD thesis titled, "What's consent got to do with it? An examination of legitimacy, trust, and the police/public relationship in Scotland, United Kingdom", police training, police reform, alternate police delivery models, policing and mental health, education, teaching, and pedagogy.

I have additional experience in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and International Business.
