Dr Dominique Balharry is the Global Respiratory Health Research Manager for the NIHR Global Health Research Unit on Respiratory Health (RESPIRE), at the University of Edinburgh.

Dominque’s research background is in respiratory health, gaining her PhD from Cardiff University in 2005 and going on to complete postdoctoral research in both academia and industry. Working primarily on international projects, Dominique’s career combined both laboratory-based medical/health research and programme management, before moving fully to research management in 2015.
