Jonathan Gardner

Accepting PhD Students

PhD projects

I cannot act as primary supervisor to PhD students due to the terms of my Fellowship but I am happy to discuss acting in a secondary supervisor capacity for doctoral research. My areas of interest include contemporary and historical archaeology, critical heritage studies, large-scale cultural events (mega events like the Olympic/Paralympic Games, World's Fairs etc), urban archaeology, the role of heritage in urban regeneration and waste materials, landfill and materiality.

If you made any changes in Pure these will be visible here soon.
