Biography

I am a Lecturer in International Human Resource Management at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Prior to joining Edinburgh in 2019, I worked at the University of St Andrews as an Associate Lecturer in Management. I obtained my PhD from Cardiff Business School.

My research looks at how organisations and individuals respond to crises, adversities, and institutional change. I am particularly interested in exploring issues related to geopolitics, power, and identity. My current projects concentrate on three main areas: 1) the impacts of geopolitics on international business, 2) cross-sector partnerships tackling homelessness and poverty, and 3) LGBT entrepreneurship.
