Biography

Mike is the Student Experience Officer at the RDSVS.  His role is to provide compliance and administrative support to the Student Support and Management Group.  As well as this, he is involved in recruiting and delivering training to Personal Tutors, ensuring that they are kept up to speed with the latest changes to University regulations and compliance requirements.

The other part of his role is to ensure that academic and professional services staff at the school work together to provide a better student experience, by nurturing incremental changes to the student experience based on student feedback.  Further, he provides signposting to students who need access to pastoral or support services offered by the university.
