Biography
I am a epidemiologist and statistician at the Centre for Tropical Livestock Genetics and Health (CTLGH). My research largely focuses on the infections of East African Shorthorn Zebu. I apply extensive statistical approaches to jointly model genetic, longitudinal and time-to-event data to study the link between the genetics of the host and disease susceptibility and the associations occurring between infection with multiple parasites.
