Richard Parker is currently Senior Statistician at the Edinburgh Clinical Trials Unit, Usher Institute, a post he has held since 2014. He previously worked for 5 years as a Research Assistant (Medical Statistician) at the Institute of Public Health, University of Cambridge (2008-2013); before moving up to Edinburgh to work in ECTU.

Research Interests

I am interested in all areas of medical statistics; but I have a particular interest in studies of agreement, diagnostic studies, Bayesian methods, multiple testing, statistical modelling, pilot/feasibility studies, and clinical trial design.
