Biography

Dr. Sarah Farrukh is a Post Doctorate Research Associate at the University of Edinburgh and was previously an Assistant Professor at the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME), NUST, Pakistan, where she founded the Membrane for Advanced Research Laboratory (MEMAR Lab). She has over ten years of experience in academia and industry, focusing on renewable energy, hydrogen storage, CO2 capture, and water treatment. She has authored over 70 indexed publications and 8 book chapters, with her work cited more than 1200 times. Dr. Farrukh has received multiple research grants and awards, including the 2019 Best Researcher in SCME Award.
