Dr. Soher Nagi Jayash is a Core Scientist at the Roslin Institute, University of Edinburgh, UK. She graduated from the Dental School at Ibb University in Yemen before completing her MSc at the Dental School, Cairo University, Egypt, and her PhD at the Dental School, University of Malaya, Malaysia. Her PhD research focused on biomaterials and bone tissue regeneration.

Dr. Jayash’s interest in bone research, tissue engineering, and dental research extended to her postdoctoral studies in Birmingham, UK, and at the Roslin Institute, University of Edinburgh. Her current research focuses on the mechanisms underpinning skeletal development in health and disease.
