1st place team at Dementia Research Meets Motorsport Innovation Accelerator

The Innovation Accelerator is a concentrated competitive workshop to elicit and develop big ideas that could accelerate the pace of progress in dementia research. It is a competition between teams comprising early career dementia scientists and similar stage experts from motorsports. The goal is to create diverse teams for diversity of thinking and to break down ‘silos’ that currently exist between institutions and disciplines. Innovation Accelerator participants will benefit from expert input from Mentors drawn from dementia science, commercial R&D, business and Formula 1. Invitations are open for applications from early career dementia researchers to participate in the competition for which numbers are strictly limited.
