Executive Board Member, Interdisciplinary Perspectives Special Interest Group (IPSIG), British Accounting & Finance Association (BAFA)

The IPSIG of BAFA aims to encouraging research and scholarship in the areas of interdisciplinary accounting and finance; establishing a network of researchers and teachers in interdisciplinary accounting and finance; enhancing the teaching of interdisciplinary accounting and finance; providing support for PhD students in interdisciplinary accounting and finance; developing close links with the accounting and/or finance profession so as to inform policy; publishing a newsletter and organising (and sponsoring) targeted workshops; developing and maintaining relationships with professional accountancy and/or finance institutes. The executive board members will contribute to strategic planning, interdisciplinary outreach, and academic programming within IPSIG; support initiatives promoting interdisciplinary research in accounting and finance; and collaborate with scholars across disciplines to advance IPSIG’s academic and professional mission.
