Project Details

Description

Our partner Voluntary Action North Lanarkshire (VANL) is supporting service users in shaping and delivering successful public services – a process called co-production. VANL would like to implement our recommendations on co-production from the FP7 project “Learning from Innovation in Public Sector Environments” (LIPSE) across North Lanarkshire’s Early Years/Children’s/Family Support services and evidence the resulting improvements in co-production and service delivery. For this purpose, we propose to run a co-production summit showcasing our findings and best international practices. This includes pre- and post-event assessments of co-production skills as well as a workshop on how to foster co-production based on our research.
