The project involves collaboration between Edinburgh University, Scotia Seeds Ltd, and Edinburgh City Council. Funded to Prof G Stone under 544GSX G42145, value £29,179, with in kind funding from Scotia Seeds of £11,950, and from Edinburgh City Council of £19,100

Layman's description

The project will measure the rewards offered by scottish wildflowers to birds and pollinating insects, and use this information to design wildflower seed mixes that will best benefit wildlife when planted as urban meadows in scottish cities.
